Se il main event sarà confermato essere quello che ho letto nelle ultime ore (non faccio spoiler) sarebbe incredibile, la primissima volta in anni che un gimmick match del genere è più che sensato, anzi idoneo al climax di una storyline.
Confermato McIntyre vs. Orton nell'HIAC. Boh, ci sta alla grande, però col senno di poi il feud poteva essere gestito diversamente, hanno fatto troppi match tra loro due e sostanzialmente McIntyre ha dominato, perchè quando ha contato ha vinto lui. Probabilmente (anzi sicuramente) è stata una cosa voluta per preparare la grande vittoria di Randy (che ci sarà a questo giro) senza sminuire lo status di Drew che, ripeto, può vantare ben 3 vittorie sul Legend Killer.
Il prossimo evento in Pay-per-view della WWE sarà Hell in a Cell e si disputerà tra la notte di domenica 25 ottobre e lunedì 26. La federazione di Stamford deve farsi perdonare quello che accadde un anno fa in questo stesso evento. Quando il match valido per il titolo mondiale tra Seth Rollins e “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt, venne interrotto dall’arbitro senza chiari motivi tra lo stupore dei fan. Secondo Ring Side News, la WWE quest’anno vorrebbe organizzare tre match nella gabbia infernale.
Sono già ufficiali due match all’interno della struttura. Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso valido per il titolo Universale e Drew Mcintyre vs. Randy Orton valido per il titolo WWE. Il terzo match dovrebbe essere
quello che vedrà opposte Bayley e Sasha Banks, che dovrebbe essere anche il Main Event dello show.
Ci stava più l'Hell in a Cell tra Mysterio e Rollins che tra Reigns e il cugino. Questa storyline l'avrei fatta prima della conquista del titolo di Reigns con un turn hell graduale
At Payback, Big E and Matt Riddle won their respective matches against Sheamus and King Corbin while in the main event, a now heel Roman Reigns, who aligned himself with Paul Heyman, won the Universal Championship.[12] On the following SmackDown, a fatal four-way match between Big E, Riddle, Corbin, and Sheamus was scheduled to determine the number one contender for the Universal Championship at Clash of Champions. However, Sheamus attacked Big E backstage, taking him out of the match. Big E was subsequently replaced by Reigns' own cousin Jey Uso, who won the fatal four-way to earn the title match against Reigns.[15]
At Clash of Champions, Roman Reigns defeated Jey Uso to retain the Universal Championship after Jey's injured brother Jimmy Uso threw in the towel to stop Reigns from repeatedly assaulting Jey into forcing him to acknowledge Reigns as the tribal chief of the Anoa'i family. Although Jey refused, Jimmy reluctantly acknowledged Reigns as the tribal chief after the match.[12] On the following SmackDown, a celebration ceremony was held to crown Reigns as the tribal chief, but Reigns refused to be named as such because Jey did not acknowledge him and Reigns called out Jey for a talk. After Jey continued to eye the Universal Championship, Reigns gave Jey another title shot at Hell in a Cell with "the highest stakes of any match in WWE history," which Jey accepted.[13] The match was confirmed as a Hell in a Cell match the next day.[14] The following week, Reigns stated he wanted to hear Jey say "I quit," turning the match into the first-ever "I Quit" match contested inside the Hell in a Cell structure.[15]
At SummerSlam, Drew McIntyre defeated Randy Orton to retain the WWE Championship.[16] Orton earned himself a rematch for the title at Clash of Champions, where McIntyre again retained, but this time in an ambulance match. During that match, several legends who Orton had attacked over the past few months returned to seek their own vengeance against Orton, including Big Show, Christian, Shawn Michaels, and Ric Flair, who drove the ambulance.[12] On the following Raw, McIntyre celebrated with the legends, but before the show ended, Orton attacked all of the legends backstage in their private lounge.[17] The following week, Orton challenged McIntyre to a Hell in a Cell match at the namesake pay-per-view, which McIntyre accepted.[18]
At Payback, Bayley and Sasha Banks lost the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship to the team of Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.[19] On the following SmackDown, they were unsuccessful in regaining the championship. After the match, Bayley turned on and brutalized Sasha Banks, turning the latter face in the process.[20] After Bayley retained her SmackDown Women's Championship via disqualification at Clash of Champions, Banks appeared and attacked Bayley with a steel chair.[12] On the following SmackDown, Banks challenged Bayley for the title on the following week's episode.[13] Banks won the ensuing match via disqualification after Bayley attacked her with a steel chair. In a backstage segment, Banks challenged Bayley to another championship match at Hell in a Cell inside the eponymous structure,[15] which was confirmed the next day.[21]
Aggiunto Jeff Hardy vs Elias alla card del ppv. Comunque mancano pochi giorni al ppv e i match annunciati non sono ancora abbastanza per riempire la card.
Dopo essere tornato in quel di Raw due settimane fa, questa domenica ad Hell In A Cell ci sarà il primo grande step per Elias: affronterà, infatti, Jeff Hardy in un Single match e, visti i piani che la WWE ha per lui, potrebbe anche vincere.
Stando alle ultime di ITR Wrestling, la compagnia ha in serbo un grande push per Elias e si dice addirittura che potrebbe diventare una delle colonne portanti di Raw.
Domani notte si svolgerà Hell in a Cell. Al momento sono stati annunciati solo cinque match, e ovviamente è una novità per i PPV della WWE. Ma come mai, la federazione non ha rivelato altri incontri? A questa domanda ha risposto Dave Meltzer:
“Il team creativo, e soprattutto Vince McMahon hanno annunciato solo questi match, perchè hanno voluto dare ampio risalto agli incontri che vedremo all’interno della gabbia. Ma comunque credo di poter dire, che la card è già pronta, e vedremo altri match durante la serata”.
Ho scoperto adesso che il ppv inizia a mezzanotte e non all'1, per via dell'ora solare che è cambiata ieri notte.
E' già in onda il kickoff, che è iniziato alle 23.
Match melodrammatico come il famoso HIAC fra Undertaker e HHH. Come qualità della storia siamo sugli stessi livelli, ma la struttura è stata usata poco se non niente e non si è visto molto dal lato lottato.
Che ingiustizia schifosa, sono scandalizzato, non dovevano farla così sporca.
Chi pensa che Miz col MITB farà bene o abbia una minima chance di vincere il titolo è un idiota. E anche se non avranno le palle di scriverlo qui, lo dirò in faccia a tutti quelli che lo diranno.
Non mi riprenderò dall'incazzatura per il rfesto della serata, non mi importa di come finisce il ppv.
Ora l'HIAC fra Sasha e Bayley, il che significa che il main event sarà quello fra Drew e Orton.
