Ne approfitto per commentare i gironi che mi sono perso.
Che Super Mario Bros passasse non c'era neanche da discuterne. Mi sorprende in negativo che System Shock 2 abbia preso solamente +2 per l'epoca era un giocone con uno dei primi plot twist spettacolari in una trama di un videogame di quel tipo e con la definizione di un antagonista iconico che ha anticipato tanti personaggi degli anni successivi, a partire da Glados. Mi stupisce anche la presenza di CIV5 anziché CIV4. Ma forse perchè sono un vecchio di merda io. Comunque CIV5 (e 6) li ho disinstallati per sopraggiunta noia dopo poche ore, mentre penso di aver sempre avuto installato su qualunque PC abbia avuto dal 2005 una copia di CIV4. Anche SimCity2000 meritava forse maggior gloria. Insomma è bizzarro per me che l'unico gioco per PC a passare sia CIV5. Tra gli strategici a turni avrei forse aggiunto anche Heroes of Might and Magic 3, tra l'altro l'anno prossimo uscirà Songs of Conquest, che pare pesantemente ispirato a HOMM3 e suo tributo.

Nel secondo girone passano 4 giochi che avrei votato. Interessante che sia passato Tetris. Grim Fandango rimane una perla, ma stiamo parlando di Tim Schafer che è una specie di poeta del videogaming responsabile o collaboratore di alcuni dei giochi più straordinari di sempre, a partire da Day of the Tentacle. Nel terzo girone per me c'è uno smacco terribile. Probabilmente alla domanda: qual è il miglior gioco di sempre la mia risposta rimane ancora oggi Monkey Island 2, mi spiace non aver potuto perorare la sua causa (col mio +4 sarebbe passato). Francamente che ci siano due GTA alle fasi finali mi sembra un po' eccessivo, ma tant'è.
Contento che The Last of Us ce l'abbia fatta.

Per me poi è un mezzo disastro che non ci siano giochi Commodore\Amiga (se escludiamo Monkey Island 2 e conversioni di altri giochi dell'epoca non pensate per amiga)
Un Cannon Fodder, un Sensible Soccer, un Lemmings, un Turrican, un Another World, un Worms non avrebbero offeso nessuno in qualche girone.
