Reputazione nel backstage = push?

Spesso si dice che un buon push in una federazione dipende anche da quanto conti nel backstage, però ad esempio Haku negli anni 80 - 90 era il più temuto, combinava delle robe assurde contro i suoi colleghi, eppure nonostante sia stato in WWF dal 1985 al 1992, ha vinto solo una corona e un titolo di coppia, ma non ha mai fatto neanche un main event e come status era tra i più bassi.

Ci sono casi recenti di wrestlers che hanno ottenuto un titolo mondiale, grazie alla reputazione da duri costruitasi nel backstage? JBL credo che il bullo l'abbia iniziato a fare dopo aver vinto il titolo, quindi credo non faccia testo.

Non lo definirei un wrestler di successo ma mi sembrava troppo buffo metterlo: Hornswoggle è un bullo! Il nano malefico che tormentava i big men.

"Hornswoggle was quite the comedy act in the WWE and provided some entertaining stuff on the shows and even held the Cruiserweight Championship at one point in his career. While he was one guy who was always at the end of some bullying by the "bigger" wrestlers, it turns out that Hornswoggle was himself a big bully in the back, soemthign that has been reported by many wrestlers in the past. According to Brodus Clay, Hornswoggle was a big bully to him in WWE and he stated that "He's a verbal assassin... he picks, he judges and is just an evil guy". Apparently, Hornswoggle even attacked Clay once and in another incident, Hornswoggle left The Miz stranded at a gas station when he was given the wheels of a car. These incidents provide the proof and many might be shocked to learn that someone like Hornswoggle is a bully!"

Ricordiamo anche uno dei peggiori bulli di tutti i tempi: Chris Benoit. E non c'entra niente la sua morte, è sempre stato una persona di merda anche prima:

"Prior to his heinous 2007 murder-suicide, Chris Benoit was an infamous backstage bully. The most infamous story being when he kicked The Miz out of the WWE locker room when "The Awesome One" accidentally spilled chicken crumbs on Benoit's gym bag. Some onlookers even accused Benoit of making the story up just so he could humiliate the Real World star.

There have been other people claiming to have been targeted by Benoit, including Justin Roberts who stated in his book that Benoit once tackled him to the ground and put him in a Crossface for sh*ts and giggles. Chris clearly wasn't well during his final days, and these stories clearly indicate that he had way too much built up anger inside of him."

JBL ha sempre fatto il bullo, ma aveva dalla sua l'amicizia con Vince McMahon ; non a caso, nel 2001 fu licenziato Buff Bagwell, mentre lui rimase impunito. Non credo che la fama nel backstage possa portare a un push, anzi, la reputazione da rissaiolo potrebbe portare all'esatto opposto.

Beh, dipende da come si intende il titolo.
Uno temuto da tutti non è detto che venga pushato, uno rispettato da tutti per qualità umane di un certo tipo magari sì. Tipo, di Roman Reigns parlano tutti bene come locker room leader - può darsi sia un motivo per cui ha raccolto più dei suoi apparenti meriti.

Esatto. Mentre Randy Orton ha contribuito al licenziamento di Mr. Kennedy ed ha posto fine al primo tentativo di Kofi di scalare la card, all'epoca del famoso "Stupid!".
