La WWE è in piena corsa verso la Royal Rumble, e come sappiamo il traguardo sarà WrestleMania 40. L’evento dove tutte le Superstar vorrebbero lottare, in pratica lo show degli show.
Mancano ancora diversi mesi allo spettacolo, ma nelle scorse ore sono già circolati dei rumor sui match che potremmo vedere durante la quarantesima edizione dello Showcase of the Immortals.

Sicuramente 8 grandi incontri
Come detto, in queste ore stanno circolando dei rumor che avrebbero rivelato otto grandi match che la WWE metterà in scena a WrestleMania 40.

Ovviamente si tratta solo di indiscrezioni ma alcuni di questi match come la sfida tra i fratelli Usos o Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes, sono ormai diversi mesi che vengono accostati a WrestleMania 40, chissà se accadranno veramente.

I saccenti lasciano il tempo che trovano, ma va detto che ai tempi Reigns era scritto da cani. Per fortuna, dal 2020 in poi non hanno sbagliato un colpo con lui.

Che Reigns era materiale buono si capiva da subito (al netto dei soliti che "ma non sa lottare") , per fortuna come dice Servatis non hanno fatto l'errore perpetrato con John Cena, è un regno che difficilmente verrà superato con i ritmi odierni, è impensabile e se l'è meritato tutto. Poi noi diamo per scontato che finirà a Wrestlemania ma chissà...

Fin dal suo insediamento, avvenuto nell’estate 2022, Triple H ha riportato in WWE diversi atleti che erano stati licenziati da Vince McMahon negli anni passati. Wrestlers come Karrion Kross, Johnny Gargano e Braun Strowman sono ritornati a Stamford con nuove prospettive: purtroppo, alcuni di loro si sono dovuti accontentare di posizioni secondarie, mentre altri sono finiti molto presto nel dimenticatoio.

Tra i wrestler poco utilizzati figura sicuramente Dexter Lumis: durante il suo periodo a NXT, Lumis aveva trovato grande spazio grazie alla storyline con Johnny Gargano e Indi Hartwell, culminata durante la prima puntata di NXT 2.0. A quanto pare, attualmente la WWE non avrebbe piani per lui, come confermato da Sean Sapp di Fightful:

“Dexter Lumis non ha avuto match dallo scorso maggio. Non è stato presente agli show e non è stato nemmeno nel backstage. Ci è stato detto che il wrestler non è infortunato ed è pronto per essere utilizzato nel caso in cui la WWE dovesse avere piani per lui”.
